ScamAI is organized into five interconnected work packages that together create a coherent, practical, and scalable development process. Each work package contributes to a specific part of the project, from coordination and research to learning program development, ambassador training, and behavior-focused events.

Project Management

Ensures coordination, quality assurance, financial oversight, risk management, and effective communication across all partners.

WP2

Transnational Report on Vishing Contexts and Scenarios

Builds the project’s knowledge base by analyzing voice phishing contexts, regional differences, common scam patterns, and real-world scenarios across Europe.

WP3

Blended Learning Program Development

Develops the AI-powered vishing simulation, interactive learning materials, and blended learning curriculum. The materials are tested, refined, and adapted for different adult learner groups.

WP4

Cybersecurity Ambassador Program

Trains educators, participants, and community representatives to become Cybersecurity Ambassadors who can support peer learning and spread practical cybersecurity awareness.

WP5

Habit Hack Summit

Creates collaborative event-based formats where participants use behavioral science principles to design practical interventions for safer cybersecurity habits.
